Spain!

Here are my photos from Spain. We went to Barcelona and Valencia. There are not too many because it was cold and rainy, but we saw a lot of great places. Most of the places we did end up were museums because we wanted to be inside and we couldn't take photos in the museums. But we did a lot of great things. Some highlights were the Flamenco dancing, the Picasso Museum, climbing the Columbus statue, and Valencia in general.

I loved Barcelona and there was so much to see and do and we had a great location for our hostel. But Valencia is more my city. It is smaller and quaint like Florence and has a ton of historical buildings and things to see. Night life there is great too. So if I were going to go abroad again, I would want to live in Valencia, that is how much I liked it. And I could speak with people in Spanish, and understand them. So it was nice not to struggle so badly as do I with Italian.

The best part of Valencia was our hostel. It was so nice and we met other students from the States, Germany, Belgium and Australia. We ended up hanging out all night and having a great time. The cultural and language barriers made everything more interesting and funny.

So fall break was for sure a success and we had a great time in Spain. Oh yeah, click the "Spain" to see my photos and for more descriptions about my trip.

Enjoy!
